For mid year rentals we show units mostly anytime if vacant or we need 24 hour notice. Our units cater to the professional adult crowd, who want to be away from the city and out of the student hustle and bustle. This allows them to have a more private environment to live and enjoy their space. Our units are only on 2 floor buildings. Tenants that reside in these condos, vary in professional occupations,and of all ages. This makes it easy for tenants to enjoy living in a safe and quiet atmosphere.
Our short term leases are available also for an additional $50.00 per month plus base rent. This is used for such as students,employment,family issues, or between selling or building a house. We often have tenants move out at all times of the year so its a good chance we have a unit open all year around.
Mr. Earl will be more than willing to help and or wait for you to get the proper financing on buying your home as well. Earl is a licensed realtor in the State of Iowa and has access to homes, condos and townhouses in the Eastern Iowa/ Corridor area. Many tenants rent from him for a few years and then Earl helps them find a bigger place. By then not raising the rent or charging a lease break fee, a tenant can find a place and move in without breaking their lease with Earl Properties/ Venom Investments. It is Perfect In case you would like to rent until your approved by your bank or sort out your debt issues. The leases normally begins on August 1 and runs through July 28 the following year. Occasionally, we do have tenants that move out earlier than expected; which generally frees up units before the July move in date. Mr. Earl requires a background check cost of $50.00 per married couple or 55.00 each for each roommate. This information is collected to simply to verify your place of employment, name, and renting history. We do not accept or not approved by any Section 8 or Low Income Housing programs for any of the properties at this time. Pets are an extra 50.00 per pet and garages extra 55.00 per month
Keep in mind that all of Mr.Earl's properties are very upscale with a modern decor. They have been recently remodeled yearly and built in 2002 for North Liberty, and early ninties for the Scott Blvd and Coralville units. Most units have new carpet, granite or wood floors and oversize bathrooms. A damage deposit is required to begin the lease process to hold the unit you are interested in.
